Product packaging (Spec / FDA / BFE)
MaskFromTaiwan chooses WearOn and Storewell Mask as our current providers. We ensure the masks you are wearing is not just made in Taiwan, but also ensure the material, source are acquired from Taiwan.
The mask is under license from Taiwan MOHW, and reigistered with FDA, TTRI test report. Mask will not be repacked for marketing - so you have all the information including the lot number, manufacture date and the manufacture information.
Product registration and certificate
The face mask from MaskFromTaiwan provides the following registration, certificate and test standards
1. U.S FDA Registration / Europe CE
2. US ASTM F2100-2019: Level 1 (WearOn)

The mask seems to be thin, will it protect us ?
Mask filters bacteria, virus and particle based on the middle/second layer : Melt blown filter layer. A general layer without static electret offers 30~35% filter efficiency; After the static electret applied, mask (from Taiwan, and layer made in Taiwan) filter efficiency is up to 95% and above.
Also, if a mask is too thick, the air flow will be reduced and causing similar experience like wearing N95 respirator.
Return & Refund Policy
We do not accept return / refund for Mask. If shipment is damaged, please do not accept and return to the shipping carrier, and then contact us.
*Note: Incorrect usage or failed to follow instruction (video) causing broken will not be refund or replaced.
Shipping and handling time & Shipping Mehod
Once your order is completed (Paid), we will ship your order in 3-5 business days; All orders will have tracking number / info.
Mask box will be shipped in flat. Please assemble when you receive the package and put mask back to the box.
How to wear face mask ?
There are a few things to notice while wearing a mask (also check the video on the side)
1. Color side face out
2. Pull the earloop to your ear gently and put it on your ear
3. Pull down the mask to cover your chin
4. Press the nose strip to fit your nose
